  • We do not offer refunds on our subscription-based coaching services, digital products, or one-time purchases. All sales are final.


Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital Products (eBooks, One-Time Purchase Programs)

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a link to download your product within 5 to 10 minutes.

  • If you do not receive your product within the above timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@ginamariefitness.net.

Subscription Coaching Services

  • Coaching services are provided digitally through our ‘Thrive by Gina Marie’ Mobile App and/or scheduled check-in calls.

  • Clients will receive mobile app access upon 1st successful subscription payment.


Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital products and coaching services, we do not accept returns.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your product, contact us at support@ginamariefitness.net for assistance.


Subscription Coaching Services:

  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time; however, cancellations during an active billing cycle will not be eligible for refunds or prorated returns.

  • To cancel your subscription, please reach out to Coach Gina before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

One-Time Digital Product Purchases:

  • All purchases of digital products (eBooks, one-time purchase programs) are final and cannot be canceled after payment.
